Circular Prismatics

A Circular Prismatic component is a circular shape containing microprisms for management of light distribution. This shape is characterised by it’s circular base, with the microprismatic structure engraved into the surface.

For many years, Ingemann Components, Lighting and Optics, has cooperated with Jung Becker GmbH. Founded in the late 90’s, Jungbecker GmbH has set new standards when it comes to light control through surface structures. The technique, which was originally developed as Fresnel lenses applied in the solar energy sector, has today become the benchmark of microprisms to the lighting industry.

Ingemann Components, Lighting and Optics, offers a versatile processing of the material in both 3 and 5 axis milling machines and laser cutting. This ensures precise fabrication of the material according to the given specifications.
