Increase productivity: Outsource the assembling of optical kits

Line is assembling a kit for one of our customers.

Another busy day at Ingemann. In our production, Line and Emma are working hard to finalize pre-assembled optical kits for one of our customers to meet their time-to-market schedules.

The pre-assembled kits are quality controlled and delivered in bags ready for use in the manufacturer’s production. Logistically, it means fewer part numbers to handle instead of multiple, less waste of damaged components, and increased productivity for you as a customer.

The specific composition of the kits follows the manufacturer’s requirements, typically they consist of following components:

· A high reflective Reflector

· A Light Guide Plate

· An opal Diffusor

· A Microprism (optional)

The kits are offered in all series and formats, and the service package varies from cleaning and quality control to 100% homogeneity test with measurement report.
