Ingemann Components hosted a debate with Danish industry

In connection with the Danish municipal election, Danish Industry invited the leading candidates on a bus tour.
The Agenda was to visit the local businesses for a network event and panel debate to discuss the business development in the city with the local politicians.

This autumn we hosted a debate with the local politicians and companies in our local area.

The debate was arranged by the Confederation of Danish Industry (DI). They had invited the city of Køge municipality’s politicians on a bus tour to hear how we can create a good business environment in our local area. It started with a tour of the production facilities where we talked about the development in the recent years with a more technological focus on being a supplier of optical solutions to the European lighting industry. After the tour there was a panel debate chaired by director Dorthe Hillerup Vedsted. Both local politicians and companies actively participated in the debate about the challenges they struggle with in everyday life – where the theme was “How do we create the optimal framework for running a business in Bjæverskov?”.

A great visit with a lot of input, impressions to work further on – to strengthen the Danish companies in the future.
