CRYLUX®
PMMA Cast Acrylic sheets have been an important part the world wide industrial evolution for more than 100 years. This has made PMMA-variations like CRYLUX™ one of the most versatile and all-round plastic based solutions.
The PMMA CAST (acrylics) consists of 90-95% PMMA + various additives. The CRYLUX™ PMMA material has a very high transparency (93% Light Transmission) and very good mechanical properties partly caused by the solid material hardness and stiffness.
PMMA CAST acrylics like CRYLUX™ are also UV resistant and have outstanding durability, low water absorption and excellent chemical resistance. CRYLUX™ cast acrylics are normally considered to be of a higher quality than competing materials.
